Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Download PIMAM from the App Store or Google Play Store and click on "Create Account". You'll need to provide your email address and create a password. You can also sign up using your Apple or Google account.
Is PIMAM free to use?
PIMAM offers both free and premium features. With the free version, you can manage one pet and up to 10 tasks per month. Premium subscribers can add multiple pets and get unlimited task management.
What devices does PIMAM support?
PIMAM is available for iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. Your data syncs across all your devices when you're signed in to your account.
Pet Management
How do I add a new pet?
Tap the "+" button on the main screen and select "Add Pet". Fill in your pet's details including name, type, breed, and add a photo. You can also add important information like birth date and medical history.
Can I share my pet's profile with others?
Yes! You can share pet management with family members or pet sitters. Go to your pet's profile, tap "Share", and enter the email address of the person you want to share with.
How do I update my pet's information?
Access your pet's profile, tap the "Edit" button, and you can update any information including photos, medical records, and other details.
Tasks and Reminders
How do I set up recurring tasks?
When creating a new task, select "Repeat" and choose your preferred frequency (daily, weekly, monthly). You can also set specific times for reminders.
Can I customize reminder notifications?
Yes, you can customize notifications for each task. Go to Settings > Notifications to set your preferences for reminder timing and notification style.
Account & Subscription
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Go to Settings > Subscription and select your preferred premium plan (monthly or annual). Payment will be processed through your App Store or Google Play account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings. For iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. For Android, go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions.
How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email address. We'll send you instructions to reset your password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't receive the email.
